Process
1. We re-verify the disputed fact against primary sources within a few days. 2. If we were wrong or stale, the fact is corrected and the profile's verified date is refreshed. 3. Material corrections are noted on the affected profile. 4. If the truth cannot be established, the disputed field is removed rather than left wrong.
School responses
A school may dispute an editorial observation. Where we keep it, we publish the school's response alongside it.
