What this training is
Central tools include the psychological gesture, where a physical movement carries the character's essential drive, along with imaginary body, centers, and atmosphere. It is the most overtly imaginative of the major techniques and it works from the outside in, which distinguishes it from both Method and Meisner.

Actors who feel blocked by analytical approaches, physically expressive actors, and anyone working on heightened or non-naturalistic material. It suits people who find imagination more available than personal memory.
